Creative Nonfiction
Creative nonfiction includes memoirs, travel essays, personal essays or narratives, profiles, and lyric essays.
- Page limit does not include reference material, should there be any.
- A supplementary statement, explaining the work, must accompany your submission in the Cover Letter (max. 500 words). This statement should explain the principles and methods that were incorporated in or influenced this work. It should also discuss the overall genesis of this work. Please ensure that this statement makes the work accessible to those not in your discipline. Learn more here.

Please include your supplementary statement, name, long-term email address, declared major, and expected graduation date in the "Cover Letter" section of the submission form ONLY (not in the submitted document itself). DO NOT include name, contact information, or any other identifying information in the uploaded work. All contact information must go in the "Cover Letter" section of the submission form (see below).
